Worth knowing before you sign

  • · No per-minute overage rate is published anywhere first-party. The Terms of Service instead state: "If Subscriber's Services Minutes used in a given month exceeds the allotted minutes for the Subscriber's then-current Subscription Plan, Rosie will automatically upgrade the Subscriber to a higher Subscription Plan to cover the additional Services Minutes usage. The Subscription will remain at the higher Subscription Plan on a go-forward basis, unless and until Subscriber downgrades their Subscription Plan."
  • · Minutes are billed in whole 60-second increments, rounded up.
  • · Upgrades are sticky: "Subscription changes that result in new or additional Fees are effective immediately and apply to the then-current monthly billing period and at least the subsequent two consecutive billing periods" (Terms of Service, section 4a).
  • · Downgrades only take effect "beginning on the first day of the next monthly billing period" (Terms of Service, section 4a).
  • · Calendar booking is not available on the $49 Professional plan; that tier can only text the caller a booking link.
  • · Live/warm call transfer is only listed on Scale ($149) and above.
  • · Call transfer requires a transfer number different from the number forwarded to Rosie, and "Extension numbers are not supported at this time."
  • · US only: "Right now Rosie only supports US businesses and does not issue international phone numbers."
  • · Number porting is not offered. Rosie's answer to "Can I keep my phone number?" is call forwarding: "There's no need to change your existing business number. We'll walk you through the call forwarding set-up within your existing phone system."
  • · One CRM per account: "One CRM per Rosie account. If you're switching, disconnect the old one first."
  • · CRM integrations log conversations only: "Can Rosie book jobs or appointments in my CRM? No."
  • · Call recordings only sync to one CRM: "Call recordings are HubSpot only for now, with 30-day playback."
  • · Annual billing is advertised as "2 months free" but no annual dollar price is published in the pricing page markup.
  • · No outbound calling product is published.
  • · No human/live-agent backup. Rosie is AI-only; escalation is a transfer to the customer's own staff.
  • · Calendar features listed as not yet available: "Appointment rescheduling / cancellation" and "Ability to schedule different types of appointments with different configurations" are under "Coming Soon".
  • · Payments are non-refundable: "there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods" (Terms of Service, section 4b).
  • · A previous "Unlimited Minutes Subscription" was retired; Terms dated after 5 February 2026 only offer metered-minute plans, and legacy subscribers lose unlimited minutes permanently once they switch plans.
