Worth knowing before you sign
- · No plan includes any call or minute allowance — the monthly platform fee buys rate limits, concurrency, voice-clone slots and knowledge bases only, and talk time is billed per minute on top.
- · The plan comparison table marks both "Live Transfers" and "Warm Transfers" as Enterprise-only, even though a per-minute transfer rate is published for Start, Build and Scale.
- · "SMS & Web Chat", the in-call "SMS Node", iMessage and the "Appointment Scheduling Node" are marked Enterprise-only on the comparison table; the SMS doc separately states "SMS is available on Enterprise plans". Scheduling on self-serve plans is via the Cal.com / Calendly integration tools instead.
- · Guardrails (Protected Calls), Alarm & Monitoring, Knowledge Base Gaps, Citations, Outcomes, Custom Dialing, Custom Code Extraction, BAA, SSO, JWT signatures and data residency are all Enterprise-only.
- · SMS messages are billed separately at $0.02 per message, inbound and outbound.
